There is a number of metrics which can help you get an idea of your team's activity, including the received and sent figures - these same metrics can also allow you to establish a baseline from your own activity.
Firstly, to centralize your team stats, it is possible to create a Team in Email Meter which will allow you to generate whole reports for your team, or for any combination of individual members.
This will also let you see all their stats from a table like the one below:
You can see the activity of each of your team members, sort them by different parameters and quickly get an idea of the team average.
In terms of using whole reports to get an overview of both team activity and your own, we have a number of metrics which can be useful:
A heatmap showing your busiest hours throughout the day over your report period. This can help you identify at what times you are receiving the most emails, as well as what time you are at your most productive.
Messages by Day
A breakdown of your message volume, showing both sent and received over each day of the report period. This allows you to see which days you were the busiest over the month, so you can identify patterns and plan accordingly.
Aside from sent and received metrics, it is also possible to get a good idea of activity using our other metrics, including:
- response times
- number of external or internal emails
- number of emails replied
- top interactions
You can read about all these metrics here in our Help Centre article.
