Thanks for reaching out!
I'd like to highlight some metrics which I think you find particularly useful:
This allows you to see the number of emails sent and received each hour of the day throughout the report period - This way you can see when your busiest time is in terms of incoming emails, and also when you are at your most productive for sending emails.
A good tip here is to wait until after you get a large number of emails, and tackle them in one sitting afterwards.
You can highlight each square to see specific numbers.
Messages by Day
This chart shows sent and received numbers for each specific day over the report period, allowing you to see which days were particularly busy or productive.
This can help you to predict which days may be busy, so you can plan accordingly.
Lastly, the Top Interactions chart can be very useful to see which addresses or domains you are spending the most time emailing.
The Best contact time metric is determined as the time when that contact tends to email you, and is therefore more likely to be checking their inbox, meaning you are more likely to get a rapid response if you email them around that time.
I've written a blog post covering how to combine this information with Gmail/G Suite scheduling which I think you may find interesting.
I hope that you will find these useful, please check out our Help Centre for full information on all our features and metrics.
Please let me know if you have any questions or issues and I will be happy to help!
